Bonding with the Boys-Becoming a Team

Many times we find ourselves in situations where we are unfamiliar with those around us. That can be challenging under any circumstance. Now imagine that you are suddenly thrust into a situation where not only are you surrounded by a group of strangers, but now you have to join forces with them and work as a cohesive team. Would you be able to do it? The goal of this facilitation, “Bonding with the Boys – Becoming a Team,” is to take that very situation and use it to teach you different communication and team-building strategies so the next time you are faced with a similar challenge, you have the skills and knowledge to succeed!
